Best dudes
Jim and Them, the Eric Clapton of podcasts!
Each and every week these guys provide us with great entertainment. This illustrous cast of people never fails to make me laugh and make long drives, workouts and other random tasks an absolute blast. Unlike many other podcasts, the production quality is great and doesn't sound like someone with a mic up his rear. The chemistry of the group works perfectly and makes it all go down like the purest ambrosia.
Hype, desire, fun, fear, Cowboy's Clamerings, laughs, cries and much more awaits you every single episode.
If Jim and them were Metal Gear Solid bosses, Jim would be Big Boss, the wisest and most battle hardened of the group. The leader of the Outer Heaven Nation with a grand vision of complete and constant global comedic conflict.
Mike would be Psycho Mantis, a fearsome and highly intelligent individual, yet with little knowledge of the rest of the world. His vast knowledge of videogames helps him read the listener's memory card. Also has a great laugh.
Jake would be Liquid Snake, following in the genetic footprints and ideals of Big Boss, but more aggressive and open about his goals, seeks to take over the world with the gift of improv and nukes.
Jeff would be Revolver Ocelot, his sharp wit allows him to perfectly land every silly joke directly into the sides of the listeners, and cause mortal laughter.
Joe would be Vulcan Raven, a more down to earth and positive man. Has different outlooks on life than the rest of the group but still fits in their ranks magnificently. His more humane approach must not be underestimated.
Thorson would be Sniper Wolf, the femme fatale of the group. Does not show up often, but when she does, prepare to be hit with well placed shots. Also brings an interesting female angle to subjects at hand to the table.
All in all 5/5 would listen every second of my life.
