But because you've opened the door and created a safe space for these amazing brains and artists. They bring all this incredible stuff to the table and then as a director you say: Great! Let's shape that. Let's put that in there and then that creates sort of a different journey that we thought we would never go on. But it's better because now we have this great contribution from these people."
