In the past years, especially since covid employee wellbeing got on the top of the agenda for companies worldwide.

There is so much information out there including podcasts with different wellbeing experts and about various wellbeing methods.

However, there is very little insight shared about people, leaders who are in charge of wellbeing in organisations and trying to navigate amongst the growing amount of wellbeing offerings while

connecting efforts to business impact and most importantly create real value for employees.
