I don’t know about you but sometimes when I’ve spent all day making decisions the last thing I want to hear is “What’s for dinner?” This time of year there is a LOT of decisions to make both at work and at home which is why I loved Cheryl’s tips this week and I’ve already started implementing some of her ideas.

Cheryl has written three books on decision-making and has frameworks and exercises that are easy to implement immediately. I loved her asking “Who’s decision is this to make?” and how to determine who gets to give you input in the decision-making process. We talk about the difference between research and analysis and touch on how emotions influence good decisions.

I loved her perspective on the different kind of problem solvers there are and the strengths and weaknesses with each. If you’re struggling with trusting yourself and making good decisions, this episode is a must.
