Today's expert is Doctor Oscar Serralach, a leading expert in post-natal wellbeing. He treated me at my lowest point and is regarded as the one to go to when suffering post natal depletion. He has dedicated the last eight years to the identification and treatment of postnatal depletion. His best selling book 'The Postnatal Depletion Cure' is a must for first time mums.
