What started as a leap of faith in December 2020 (in the chaos of a pandemic, no less) has become one of the most soul-nourishing parts of my business - and life.

I’ve released over 200 episodes, interviewed incredible experts, and built a space that I’m genuinely proud of and this podcast now ranks in the top 1.5% of global podcasts. But this episode isn’t about the accolades.

It’s about the journey. The detours. The dips. The unexpected lessons.And the inner growth that’s been way more powerful than anything I could’ve planned.
