This is a personal discussion about the lack of education provided to the general public about ways to be well. So often we rely on the healthcare system and take the option placed in front of us instead of educating ourselves about the many options that are possible. This podcast promotes self education, and self advocacy in the healthcare arena. I am a functional nutrition masters student hoping to enter a doctoral program this upcoming spring. This podcast is an opportunity to discuss all the nutritional errors made throughout my lifespan so that others may be enlightened for themselves!
