Rachael is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in Kelowna, BC, Canada, with a passion for holistic healing and trauma-informed therapeutic modalities, including psychedelic somatic therapy, IFS and EMDR. She is committed to harnessing the therapeutic potential of medicines such as ketamine, cannabis, psilocybin, and MDMA to facilitate profound transformation and healing. As a facilitator, she leads women's retreats, group ceremonies, workshops, and events, providing nurturing spaces for individuals to explore and heal.

She is also the host of the Deconstruction Podcast, where she engages in meaningful conversations around personal growth, spirituality, and the journey towards wholeness.
