Wonderful content

I've been listening to Sahara's podcast for a few months now and absolutely love it. I'm always getting new inspiration through her interviews or the personal insights she shares. Also I can't wait to learn more about Ayurveda and embracing my inner goddesses. Thank you, Sahara!

So helpful!

I heard many things about Ayurveda in the last years but I didn't get into it until I found Sahara. She explains all the things really easy, is super helpful in her Facebook community and talks about interesting and important topics. I especially loved the episode about how to balance each Dosha, so many things to try! I also ordered her book and can't wait until I get it and I really look forward to listening to more episodes of her amazing podcast.

I love how Sahara treats some (still) sensitive subjects with such passion and simplicity that everyone can follow her train of thought.

I have learned so much since i’ve started listening to this podcast and my perception of the world has changed so much, resulting in me being a lot happier and grateful for myself and this life i’ve been given.
