Whats going on with December Moral?

December tensely brushed back her wild russet hair, feeling as if someone was here. An uncanny sensation, as sure as if someone were staring her right in the eyes. As if she were never alone even in the stillness of the night. She considered if all these dreams actually meant something, or had she gone crazy.
