Depressing & heartless
A loose chain of “anecdotes” thrown like one throws a puzzle on a table and where main pieces are missing. The lack of empathy is shocking. The narrative is totally detached from the essence of the sufferings of the human being, the mother, being portrayed in this book. The lack of feeling(s) that transpires from this book, (also towards the hardly mentioned own siblings), is simply appalling.
