Paul's wife is convinced is lack of interest means he's gay. Without his consent, she admits him to a medical clinic with a pioneering treatment program. He awakens and finds himself strapped to a hospital bed and is told about the changes that will be taking place to his body as a result of the implant.

The implant will turn him into a man-craving monster, while at the same time feminizing him. Ultimately, there will be no release from his constant craving for man-seed.
