The Cigna Health Benefits app is designed for customers in a Cigna Global Health Benefits group plan sponsored by an International Organisation (IGO/NGO) or a corporation in Africa.
You can use this app if your membership card displays www.cignahealthbenefits.com and a personal reference number (xxx/xxxxx…).
With the Cigna Health Benefits app, you can:
• Search for a doctor, hospital or facility, and email the search results
• Download or send an electronic version of your membership card for you or a family member*
• Submit claims* and check the status of your pending claims
• Contact us with the tap of a finger

Nice apps but there are bugs to fix

Nice user friendly format.
Bug: the Profile page sets the default country as Afghanistan, without prompting me to change it.
When I tried to change it the 'submit' button did not respond.
Would be good to also have submit claim functionality
