The Technogym App is the application that helps you lead a more healthy and active life.
Measure and analyze the intensity of your activities through the Movergy Index, an innovative index that allows you to know immediately how active you are in every moment of your daily life. Every single activity you do, such as outdoor running, bike riding with friends, evening stretching exercises or gym workouts allow you to collect MOVEs. Use Movergy Index to reach your daily goal and to help you to keep a more healthy and active life.
The best way to keep yourself in shape is starting to move.
In the Workout Section, every day we will suggest you a workout tailored to you. Or if you wish to change, you can simply click on “choose your workout” and discover all workouts organized according to needs and levels.
In the “Outdoor” section you can track your outdoor running, a bike ride or a simple walking in the park. A huge effort is not necessary to healthy life, but improving your activity day by day.
Last but not least, in the “Results” section you can monitor all the activities you do in a gym with our equipment or with your Mywellness account.
CONNECT APPS & DEVICES
Connects and seamless integrates with Apple Health and other apps and devices including Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, Runkeeper, Strava, Withings.
BATTERY CONSUMPTION
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Technogym has been designed to use GPS and other sensors sparingly. The app relies mostly on acceleration data on iPhone 4, iPhone 5 and iPhone 5c. Movement recognition can be disabled for these models in Settings > Movement Settings. It is disabled by default on iPhone 4.

Technogym needs to run continuously in the background to track your movement:
Ensure that you have BACKGROUND APP REFRESH turned ON for Technogym (iPhone Settings > General > Background App Refresh)
