Mes aventures sur le logiciel
J’aime Pegasus mais le logiciel des réservation est défectueux je suis membre + et ne peux jamais me connecter le changement de mot passe n’apporte pas de changement

It is not possible to see the complete price of tix. There are no information about luggage etc you have to go till end with all info than to see the total price. That is irritating

Bilet ödeme
Herkese biletlerini bu App üzerinden ödememelerini tavsiye ediyorum. Ödeme işlemi sürekli hata veriyor. Pegasus sürekli sorunun kendi bankamda olduğunu belirtiyor, ama tüm akrabalarımın kartıyla denememe rağmen sonuç hep aynı idi. En sonunda bilet alma işlemimi Pegasus’un internet sayfası üzerinden yaptım ve aynı kart ile sorunsuz ödemeyi gerçekleştirebildim. Yani sorun App’ta.

Satın alınan bilete sonradan işlem yapılması.
Sonradan işlem yaparken biletlerin tümü için menü yok, işlem tekrarı zaman kaybına neden oluyor. PNR numarası verilce yapılması istenen tüm işlemler aynı sayfada açılmalı.

Düzgün calismiyor
Bileti secip tüm bilgileri verdikten sonra PNR falan bi yazi geliyor, bileti almadan basa dönüyor. Kullanisi cok güzel olsada calismayan bir App, hemen sildim.

Katastrophe
Es gibt kein App, das so viele Fehler beinhaltet wie diese. Tickets können nicht gebucht werden, die Applikation startet neu und der Preis ist plötzlich viel teurer. Super Mario funktioniert besser als diese.

Too many try agains
At every step for luggage purchase, there were try again mesages even at secure payment ecran. Everytime i need to check from online banking to avoid double triple booking.

Sehr gute App, v.a. die Preisübersicht der Tage/Zeiten vor und nach dem Wunsch sind äußerst praktisch. Einziges Manco: gewisse türkische Pop-up-Nachrichten sind nur für Muttersprachler klar verständlich!
