Convinrent but annoying selling up

I was happy with app and was using limited amount of features. I pay 30 chf, recently app start to push for up selling with features I don’t need, and this upwelling invites takes about 15 of screen and not possible to remove. App is not reacting on my messages to stop. I will send a comptait to Apple and ask for a refund, because pushing up selling features reduces the quality of my work

Eine Absolute Frechheit

Frechheit Geld für ein Tool zu verlangen, was nicht mal gesperrt ist wie das Klarheit Tool. Wenn es angeblich ein "Premium" Tool sein soll, dann sperrt es gefälligst anstelle es nicht zu tun und dann Geld dafür zu verlangen obwohl es nicht mal gesperrt und somit auch kein "Premium" Tool ist.

What a downgrade - loved the app for many years, especially the journal feature! Apart from the Studio now being unusable, they just removed the journals without telling their users and with this DELETING ALL OF MY JOURNALS. Hours and hours of work just vanished. New studio is very unpractical

I’ve been using VSCO since 2014 and always loved it. The app was recently changed and is now much less user-friendly. I liked editing a few pics and exporting them all into the VSCO album, now they don‘t go in the album anymore. The instructions on the website are complicated and just not the way I want it to do since it was automatic before!

I can live without the import function even though I don‘t get why it was removed since it was very useful??

Terrible update just to make life harder for users... Without any improvement.

Worked perfect before the big update. Now the export functio is a mess: new edits get saved as separate picture. copy and paste edits only modifies pictures and if you want to alter their edits they are not applied. Sadly unusable for batch editing now...

Good app but ...

I would like to have a dark mode for the whole app option , that would be awesome.

Also I know a lot of people have already told you but as hobbyists photographer that like to edit on mobile and that don’t receive any income ,I just don’t like the subscription model and try to avoid it the most .

I know you need to have an income from what your are doing and I totally understand it . But as a customer I prefer owning the tools I use to create art than to rant them .

There are a lot of people like me that would prefer to buy in app purchases an app for 30,40,50 .- lifetime membership and that totally understand why it cost that money. Just give us the option instead of forcing us to rant .

This app is a very good, fun ,intuitive , creative and advanced app . It has a beautiful collection of presets with an easy interface but those things are all ruined because of the subscription model and that’s a pity .

I can’t unsubscribe ! Pretty sure this is illegal!

You automatically enrolled me in a free trial period to be able to use the app. I wish to unsubscribe but can’t manage to do it. Please unsubscribe me now. I did all the steps to unsubscribe and the final step does not work (the step on the apple store). I am certain this goes against the strict customer protection laws of the EU. I will not hesitate to make a legal complaint if you charge me anything. I also tried to submit a complaint on your app, and many bugs happened constantly (for example, I could not upload attachments in the field) . This is an obstruction that you made on purpose to prohibit me from unsubscribing. I will make a video of these steps as proof.

Pricing model (and the hard sell used to shove it down our throats) - what a joke!!

Truly a shame the way VSCO decided to ambush its users with its pricing models and its subscription based policy.

I have no problem buying (to own) quality presets and have supported VSCO in doing so for years! This move however just lost them a loyal paying customer. There are a plethora of alternatives in the mobile space (Filmborn) being one of them. As well as Mastin Labs in the desktop space.

It was a difficult choice but in the end such financially motivated moves made me leave lightroom to capture one pro (a move I am so thankful for today). Same goes here.

Goodbye VSCO.
