Après un mois de commande, je n’ai à ce jour toujours pas reçu mes photos. Leurs excuses = le transporteur. Si on cherche bien les avis (ce que j’aurai du faire) il y a énormément de retard avec les commandes… Si votre transporteur est médiocre, pourquoi ne pas le changer?

++On adore le format carré des calendriers et des albums rigides.
++ On adore les aimants-photos.
++ Super programme de fidélité avec déduction possible.
++ L’appli est facile d’utilisation même sur un petit smartphone.
+ La qualité des impressions pour les albums et calendriers est top, celle des aimants un poil moins bonne avec les années.
- Chaque produit est envoyé séparément. Mon livreur DHL frise l’épilepsie.
- Long délai en douane (CH).

Problem mit App

Vor 1 Monat habe ich ein Problem gemeldet (Ich kann keine Fotos im Mini Vintage Format im Querformat bearbeiten). Ich bekomme keine Rückmeldung mehr und das Problem wird nicht behoben. Damit liefert die App eine BASIC Funktion nicht mehr seit dem letzten Update

Hohe Importkosten

Die Fotos sind toll, keine Frage. Habe auch schon öfters in die Schweiz bestellt, problemlos bis anhin. Nur dieses Mal: Musste ich plötzlich Importkosten zahlen. Und zwar nicht gerade wenig! Der Warenwert auf der Rechnung war falsch angegeben (über das Doppelte), deswegen dann auch die hohen Importkosten. Nicht noch mal! Schade!

Schlechtester Service ever

Ich war imme überzeugt von dieser App bis jetzt.
Fotos bezahlt, keine erhalten. Reklamiert Betrag wurde retourniert. Dann habe ich nochmals bestellt, wieder keine Fotos erhalten. Wieder reklamiert jedoch nie eine Antwort erhalten. Habe 5 emails gesendet nichts. Dann wurde der Betrag einfach nochmals auf meiner Kreditkarte belastet- ohne meine Erlaubnis. Ich habe wieder Reklamiert wieder keine Antwort. Schlussendlich habe ich nun 2x bezahlt, 1x die Fotos erhalten. Eine Sauerrei ist das. Nun wird einfach nicht mehr auf meine Mails geantwortet. Habe via Visa nun reklamiert- ich will mein Geld zurück.

I have used it several times and I love it! Ordering magnets and photo books.
Once I had a problem with the text under my photos in the photo book, but it was quickly resolved and I received a new photobook for free.

Better than old school albums

Since my first child was born I've used Lalalab to print our most precious memories and everyone has appreciated the albums. Easy to use - literally takes me 10mins to select pictures for the year and send the order. The albums are beautiful although pictures need to be quite bright to print nicely.

Worst photo book order company

I ordered 3 books.
One was double charged on my credit card.
For the second one they put a too high customs declaration, so I had to pay huge import fees.
The third one did not arrive after one month, after asking back they just mentioned that the lab could not produce it ...

Incredibly bad service - shipment keeps being returned to sender

Hello, I ordered a photo book on November 5. It was promptly shipped but due to an error in paperwork the shipment was returned to the sender by customs. This is what DHL told me on the phone. I informed customer service of this immediately - except it must be a really bad chat bot because the only thing they said was to confirm my address, even though I clearly explained the problem. It took several more emails of me speaking to a wall of sorts and they eventually had another book printed. This was shipped as well and promptly returned to the sender again - same issue. Again, the customer service is horrible, lalalab simply does not address problems at all. DHL clearly says in the status that it was returned to sender - and all I get as a response is that it was delivered because the DHL status says delivered - but it was delivered to back to sender! I made screen shots and highlighted the respective sections etc. but now the customer service asked whether I want it shipped to another address - like that is going to solve the problem! Of course I want it shipped to my address which is correct. I have by now written countless emails and I am getting so incredibly frustrated but there is no other way to contact lalalab and make sure someone addresses this problem they obviously have with their shipping processes. I have another order that is being printed and I am afraid that the same is gonna happen there. Lalalab please take care of this issue and get in touch with me as soon as possible. I have been a returning customer for years but now I am really not a happy customer anymore!!!
In response to the developer: I do not want to contact the customer service again - they have done nothing to help me. The order number where shipments were returned twice is #42558025.

Toll aber leider nicht vollständig

Habe vor weniger als einer Woche etwas bestellt und es ist heute angekommen, leider fehlt mir ein Teil jnd ich komme das ich noch jemand erreiche um die restlichen Bilder zu bekommen. Ansonsten sind die Bilder echt schön und die Box welche ich bestellt habe sieht super schön au ein wirklich schönes Geschenk für Freunde. Nur leider nicht komplett😔

Qualität Fotobuch ist so lala. Die Auflösung ist mittelmässig. Auch bei den Fotoboxen.
Import in die Schweiz plus 20.- CHF dank falscher Ausweisung des Wertes auf der Zollerklärung.
Die Magnete und Fotoboxen sind nette Geschenke aber bei Bestellung Nummer drei habe ich mich wieder geärgert
Bei Ifolor bessere Qualität und der Preis stimmt dann auch wieder .

easy to use and well designed app

i have now used lalalab. twice to send photos and memories to friends across the globe and i've absolutely loved the user experience because it's modern, clean and simple. there is a wide range of photo size and type options and seeing my favourite digital photos in print is always special.
my one dissatisfaction is that orders cannot be tracked once they have been shipped, and the range for delivery is usually rather large (10-15 days). (at least i was unable to track either of my orders). i think this is an important feature to have when any delivery service is involved.

Die App ist ganz nett, die Qualität ok aber nichts besonderes. Was mich Aber ärgert, dass man seine Fotobücher nicht nochmal bestellen kann. Alles nochmal machen, ist mir zu viel Arbeit. Sehr schade. Das kann jeder Wettbewerber besser.

Die Fotobox ist wunderschön, es ist eine Tolle Geschenkidee. Der Versand in die Schweiz ging 5 Arbeitstage was ok ist. Der Umschlag ist leider etwas beschädigt doch das Produkt wurde nicht beschädigt.

Worst customer service EVER

I ordered a photobook, during the upload (how lucky!) I realize that their system fetched a wrong cover photo. Immediately I contact them. One week and +10 contact attempts they offer me a credit, and although I asked them to, in no way, deliver the wrong book, they actually sent it out. FAILED GIFT, great, thanks lalalab! If only I cared about my wasted money as much as I cared about what damage you caused to my surprise gift. Dear users, I suggest you print your books where you have real customer service so in case their app fails, you don’t have to deal with what I had..

Great user experience, disappointing image quality

I love the app and the user experience, but am disappointed we the quality of the images. I’ve used both Lalalab and a competitor, and Lalalab’s images were of significantly inferior quality. I thought it would be the other way around because Lalalab is a bigger company, but this was not the case. Delivery time was also longer vs. the competition, even though they are both abroad.

Solange man Glück hat und die Bestellung stimmt, ist der Anbieter in Ordnung.
Aber wehe, die Bestellung passt nicht. Nur die Hälfte geliefert: nach Wochen endlich Antwort, man kümmere sich darum. Wieder Tage später dann: war wohl Fehler im Labor, der Rest werde nun geschickt. Einen Monat später immer noch nichts.
