Works very well
I had a lot of trouble to access the app. TLS was unable to help me to login. It took several phone calls over a couple of months to the subscription department (nobody else would listen to my complaints) for the technicians to finally solve my problem. So I understand why one user was completely frustrated by the app.
However, now that I can download issues and read them on my iPad I am really pleased. The app is easy to use, offers a number of nice features, like the scrapbook and the various ways to get more information or larger pictures, and the app seems to be stable. For now I give it four out of five stars. The feedback and support section could use improvement, but other then that I'm pleased. I like reading the TLS on my iPad.
