Nicht zu empfehlen!
Der Fahrer war nicht einem Chauffeur- noch weniger einem Limousinen Service entsprechend gekleidet. Eher ein ungepflegter Taxifahrer. Obwohl ich den Sitz /Babyschale anmeldete UND telf. abgeklärt hatte: gab es keine Isofix Halterung und keine sichere Befestigung im Fzg! (abgesehen davon das die Babyschale nicht vorbereitet war und wir als Fahrgäste selbst, uns damit beschäftigen mussten wie man das befestigt weil der Fahrer keine Ahnung hatte und es nicht vorbereitet war.) Das Baby konnte NICHT verkehrssicher transportiert werden! Ich hätte besser ein Taxi bestellt. Die Marke des Autos? No Name! Also hatte alles nichts mit dem Marketing von Blackline gemein! Werde ich nie wieder buchen! Nicht zu empfehlen!

Bad Service
Had to change car and driver at the airport because the driver had to do something else. The car I finally got was a different car. On an other occasion the ride was cancelled short notice. Customer Service does not even respond to mails. Nice app, but every thing behind is lottery. Very unreliable

Horrible customer service
We booked blacklane a total of 9 times in different countries, giving them over and over the chance to do better. Drivers and cars are great, but simple requests like child seat were never fulfilled and claimed fulfilled even when breaking the law. We were left with a little baby four times standing at airports or in cities with no possibility to get to our destination. Afterwards, it was claimed we either did not show up or should have just taken the baby in the car without proper seat. Unbelievable.

Pic up and destination location can not be set. For example, I can’t set my home address as default under my name and use this for future travels or pic up.

Zu teuer
100fr pro Stunde sind zu viel für eine E-Klasse. Für solch einen Stundenlohn machen andere Menschen einen Abschluss an einer Universität.
Wäre die Nutzung weniger teuer, würde ich sie auch öfters in Anspruch nehmen.

I made a booking with one account and my account was blocked immediately after I created a second account, I contacted customer service and asked what it was and that I want my money back and they told me that I would I don't think I'll get the full amount back! they locked my second account away from this app

Competent and reliable service
I was picked up at Zürich airport after arriving in Emirates First Class. The driver was a young lady who was friendly and helpful. Her driving skills were excellent. She was careful and safe despite the horrible weather conditions with heavy snowfall. I can certainly recommend the service!

Brought us in real troubles
We ordered a transfer from the Airport to the hotel more than a weeks ago with a note that we need two baby chairs, one for a 4 month old (5kg) and one for a 20month old (11kg). The driver was there but the seats were for children > 20kg. We ordered another limousine back to the airport 9 days later and it got cancelled a few hours/minutes before the ride. In the end, we had to pay 300 USD to find a transfer with baby seats within a few hours to catch the flight. And all we got was a lousy “sorry for the cancellation, here are 25 USD for your next transfer” email. No thank you.

A true First Class experience!
Very professional chauffeur, drive amazingly, very careful and convenient. Feel safe and arrived safely to my hotel.
I book a limousine service, which come with a luxurious vehicle. I wanted to tried the BMW 7 series, but the driver apologized that’s it’s not available. But he came with Mercedes Benz which also very comfortable and luxurious.
For the price they offered. It’s really worth it.

Be aware!
I need to post this here to warn others of your practices:
Today I had booked a car with you from Northampton to Heathrow (Booking ID:140340082). Literally ten minutes (!!!) before the driver was due to arrive, you sent me a cancellation via email.
I tried calling you but after 18 minutes listening to music on your hotline I have up and booked another car (Booking ID: 461194981). I should have just made my flight. This time, you sent me a cancellation 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup.
Again, I called, waited for 15minutes on the phone but no one answered.
Now I knew I couldn’t make my original flight but I rebooked on a later one. In the meantime I had downloaded your app and booked a car (Booking ID: 314540949) for an hour later (because you don’t allow to book cars now). In parallel I tried to get a taxi. I was lucky to get one (sitting in it now and rushing to the airport). I cancelled your booking (5 minutes after making it via app) only to receive an email that because I had cancelled less than an hour in advance, the full amount was due.
So to summarize, because of you I missed my flight, spent an eternity on your waiting line and now should also pay more than 200 GBP for NOTHING.
What a great deal for you!!!
I was a good customer but I will NEVER use your service again if you don’t rectify this ASAP.

Das erste Mal ist nicht das letzte Mal
Wir haben von unserem Hotel in Vancouver verzweifelt einen Transport für 5 Personen zu einem 40km entfernten Golfclub gesucht. Das Hotel wollte uns für hin und zurück 600 CAD verrechnen. Die Yellow Cab kamen mit 2 Taxis auf den gleichen Preis. Mit Blacklane haben wir 400 CAD bezahlt. Dazu noch freundlich, pünktlich und ein sauberer grosser SUV. Eine durchwegs positive Erfahrung!
