lightweight baby

worth every buck!
since working out with stronglifts i've gotten stronger, buffer, more motivated to work out and even more organized in the gym. before, i used to make notes on a piece of paper which was just a pain in the ass. half the time i'd forget it at home or in the gym, but i always have my phone with me. its awesome to keep track of your progress, would like to see an apple watch version some day. other than that, keep it up!

Organizes the workout so you can focus on lifting

The free app makes it simple and gives consistency. Just pack a gym bag, and when you are at the gym the app organizes your workout for you and gives you instructions, so you can focus on doing the necessary work. Love the philosophy behind Stronglift: keep it simple, lift heavy.

Amazing app for newbies

The best method for newbies to train and the app is finely tuned to it. It tracks your progress, it reminds you of rest periods , you can add assistance exercises - perfect. Thanks medhi team for the amazing work.

Useful adjunct

Some irritants in the UI, else a fun app. Data entered in the "settings" did not always stay entered. X sometimes means cancel, sometimes return. Warm up info is to the right of exercise info...! But the app has useful pointers and storage. Cheers, Peter
