Go to the website, it’s faster

I can’t even add a reservation within the app. It prompts me with some string error when I try to add the reservation number. Besides this, the app is always loading between each view. It seems to be another website wrapped up within an app and without any native component. It is unusable.

Erro!!!

Desde a última actualização que surge uma página para o consentimento de dados. Após seguir todos os passos e confirmar dá-me uma mensagem de erro e não me deixa aceder ao menu da aplicação e isto já faz quase um mês que tento aceder e o erro continua!

Abstürze

Seit dem Update vom 7.9.2018 lässt sich die App gar nicht mehr öffnen, sondern stürzt gleich wieder ab. Nicht verwunderlich bei den Entwicklern dieser App. War bei jedem Update so!!

Update lento

Esta última versão da aplicação é visualmente mais instintiva e prática, mas demora mais de 60 segundos a processar qualquer entrada de dados. Prefiro comprar através do Skyscanner.

Wenn ich während dem Buchen Zusatzinfos abrufe, komme ich nicht zur Seite zurück und muss wieder von vorne beginne. Und finde dennoch nicht wieviel mein Gepäck wiegen darf. Sehr nervend und Zeit raubend

This app is for nothing!

Check in leads to an internet site where a pdf is generated which is not readable with a smartphone. It is 2015, hello? I couldn't give 0 stars, so I gave 1 star

Broken passbook support

Though it is advertised that TAP can download boarding passes directly into passbook, in reality it redirects to a web checkin site in Safari and asks to download s pdf of boarding pass.

Useless as Staralliance member

Login only as Victoria member possible and not open to everybody ... So you can't even use it as a normal custumer. Please open up to everybody. Thanks.

Pessoal, se não sabem utilizar aplicações num smartphone, trocam por aqueles celulares antigos.
Cette application est très pratique et contrairement aux avis, vous avez la possibilité de choisir votre langue préférée.

Cette app peut s'améliorer si on ajoutes d'autres langues que l'anglais. La Cie portugaise qui n'a même pas son app en portugais, honteux.
