Kundendienst misserabel
Ich habe bei einem händler was gekauft
Es ist in der schweiz angekommen und 1 minute später steht durch den zoll zurückbehalten
Habe beim zoll angerufen die haben mein packet nicht
Wen man den kundendienst will bekommt man nur nen roboter der nur englisch kann und die aufgeführten probleme sind nicht das was ich brauche
Kontakt zu einem fähigen mitarbeiter gibts nicht

It’s a good site to order cheap rubbish from, like batteries, LED bulbs, phone accessories and little cheap nic-nacs. Everything else is cheap poor quality junk and delivery takes forever. Also, if something goes wrong, AliExpress will do NOTHING to help resolve it - 99% of the sellers are in China!
