Sorry but in urgent cases you need 24 to 48 hours to check with the hotel?! No way.. its always the same.. works well till there is a problem. deleting the app and I am very disapointed with your service!!

a very bad experience
A very negative experience. I used the service just once, to book a hotel in Milano. When I already arrived to Milano, it fonds out that the hotel I booked stopped collaborating with HotelTonight half a year ago. The call support is ignorant and it took me ages to get my money back. I was about contacting my lawyer. In the end of the day, I was forced to leave Milano the same day, so I lost money from booked tickets. I do not recommend to use HotelTonight very strongly.

Keine Empfehlungen, nicht mal in Bangkok oder Hua Hin. Armutszeugnis sondergleichen.

Best App
Sooo easy to use and the choice is excellent. They screen out all the rubbish to give a short clear list of top hotels at bargain prices. I've used in London frequently and stayed at half the going rate. Paris, Toronto, NY and small cities too. I've recommended it to numerous travelling friends and they all say the same. Top. Totally addicted. Wait until 17:00 to book that night stay and see what comes up. Remarkable!

Cette application est vraiment excellente, les prix sont abordables et la manipulation est très facile, quelques click et la réservation est effectuée.
Espérons que les hôtels Suisses se réveillent et adhèrent à ce concept, surtout dans des régions comme Montreux et Lucerne. félicitations à l’équipe qui s'occupe de la partie francophone, car ce ne doit pas être facile
