I like that you can upload pdfs and epubs from other sources to google books and read them across devices ...

Good app.
But I used to use iBooks.
I like the App, I had to use it for the book "forks over knives".
Especially the translating of words directly in the App impressed me.

Scandal!!!!
Wanted to buy a book to use for my bachelor thesis at university. Now I am forced to use this horrible app which doesn't even work and they shut off the option to open it in IBooks!!! Never download!!

Gute, preiswertige Auswahl an Bücher. Ich vermisse nur die Übersetzungsfunktion, aber ist nur jammern an höhen Niveau :).

Sorry, aber da kauf ich mir lieber ein Buch, mache meine Markierungen dort und die Notizen auf eine separaten Blatt. Funktioniert, wenn überhaupt, nur spärlich, holprig und chaotisch. Ich will das Buch lesen und mich nicht damit auseinandersetzen müssen, wann ich wieder umblättern kann und ob das Markieren beim nächsten Wort geht oder nicht...Absolute Katastrophe . Dass sowas im Appstore akzeptiert wird ist mir schleierhaft.

This "app" is nothing but a cruel joke. It literally crashes every other minute. If it ever runs it won't load pictures correctly and and and. Was it programmed by chimps?

It's a nice reading experience but the bar at the bottom is annoying me like hell. Could you please implement a function to hide that bar while reading like the rest of the hud?

iPhone 5s: Bei eingeblendeter Menuleiste wird der "g+"-Button oft nach unten aus der Reihe gedrückt und der "i"-Button lässt sich meistens überhaupt nicht bedienen (verdeckt durch die Lupe?).
