Concur's documentation and log in flow are so boneheaded and confusing, my company literally has a separate set of help pages explaining how to log into Concur.
Whoever came up with and documented the Mobile login process should be ashamed of themselves.

So frustrating!! Every update makes the app unusable, SSO users have to log in credentials every time, though the last 2 updates states “sso users now able to use touch id/face recognition”. Now with the last update im not even able to sign-in at all. At the end I have to default to the desktop version. Not really the greatest choice when on the run, which for me is 70% of my time.

Some functionality is not yet available in mobile app, like missing receipt affidavit, claim recall or round trip for personal car mileage.
