J’ai été banni (a ce jour je ne sais pas pourquoi) alors que j’étais en pleine conversation avec qqn et que tout se passait bien.
J’ai lu quelque part que les bannissements étaient souvent dû à des signalements faits par d’autres utilisateurs. Il ne semble pas y avoir de personnes qui regarde si les signalements sont justifiés ou pas.
J’ai fait « recours » mais rien, aucune réponse. Ma demande est en attente depuis une semaine. Pour certains cas cela dure même plusieurs mois où l’équipe Grindr ne le répond pas.. à quoi sert un service client dans ce cas ?
C’est très frustrant quand on voit le nombre de perso étrange sur cette app de se faire bannir.
Aussi des personnes mettent littéralement leurs fess*s en photo de profil mais par contre parfois je ne peux pas mettre de photo de moi à torse nu parce que Grindr me bloque la photo ??? Faut m’expliquer la logique ?? Juste psk on voit un peu trop mes poils pubien ?? Alors qu’un Q c’est ok mdr

Bitte tut mal was gegen den Spam und diese Probleme in der App. Außerdem gibt es zu viel Werbung und verglichen zu anderen Anbietern, welche massiv mehr Funktionen ermöglichen seid ihr einfach viel zu teuer seid ihr 50 % günstiger würde ich es mir vielleicht überlegen auch einmal ein Abo zu holen

L’application par d’un bon fond mais est mal utilisé ce qui n’est pas de leurs fautes cependant elle est aussi très mal faite. Je peux parler avec des personnes qui sont à plus de 600 km de où je suis et que selon l’application "ils sont pas loin de moi".
De plus, il y a des payment pour tout est n’importe quoi. J’ai du payer 10CHF pour avoir une app correcte mais j’ai été débité une fois de 10CHF Plus une fois de 19CHF?!?

For the last several weeks (since 2023/04/09), I’ve been getting an error when adding / removing profile pictures, meaning I’m stuck with the uploaded pics. I’ve reported the error and was told the devs are aware of the problem and are working to solve it. In the meantime, the app has been updated multiple times, introducing various minor meaningless tweaks to the interface, but no solution to the problem - a problem that may have serious privacy / personal safety implications for some individuals. While traveling abroad I’ve uploaded pics that pretty much show most of my face, but now I’m back home and as I’m not officially out at my workplace I wanted to remove them, but cannot. The app serves a vulnerable community, and the predict managers should get their priorities “gay” (pun intended). To add insult to injury, despite having paid for the eXtra experience, the app keeps bombarding me with intrusive adds to upgrade to unlimited with the promise that I will be able to browse incognito! I mean, seriously, given how much the eXtra experience cost me, this is absolutely unacceptable. UPDATE: Another week, another update, and the security issue not solved. Once you’ve paid them the money they don’t care about your safety or security. UPDATE 2023/05/21: Still not resolved.

Grinder ist eigentlich ein guter App aber leider gibt es viel zu viele Escort. Es ist sehr ärgerlich wenn man für den App bezahlt und die ganze Zeit wird man von escorts angeschrieben und belästigt.

Auch finde ich es total schade dass ihr die Suche nach Herkunft gelöscht habt, ich finde es überhaupt nicht rassisch wenn man nach Hauptfarbe suchen kann.

The worst app ever. Too expensive for the premium and too many fake profiles, escorts etc.
It’s not worth to spend a penny for it.
