Monthly investment worth every penny !

What I love about Salty is first the variety of content available: strength training, meditation, yoga, animal flow, nutrition… but the reason why I changed my monthly to annual subscription is because of the women who create the content. The teachers are amazing and wish I could just hop on a plane to Honduras, Ecuador or Philippines to meet the crew !

Great platform and community 🤍

Great platform with lots of workout ideas but also yoga, stretching, yin, challenges, recipes, podcasts… all about well-being and self love. Love it!

Awesome! But...

Beautiful app, great workouts, great creators, the only pity is that you have to pay for some tools extra money as the 28 days of clean eating. This actually doesn’t fit in their philosophy as they want to enable a healthy lifestyle for everyone. It’s a pity!
