The Oto Tinnitus Relief app is simplest way to access science-based tinnitus therapy. Created by a team of doctors and tinnitus experts, Oto trains your brain to react differently to the sound it perceives.
The Oto app uses the most effective treatment for tinnitus relief: cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). It has been clinically proven in numerous scientific studies and is recommended as first line treatment by doctors and audiologists internationally. Oto combines CBT with other effective therapies, such as targeted mindfulness, relaxation therapy and sound therapy.
How does it work?
CBT trains your brain to respond differently to the sound of the tinnitus. Gradually the changes in your neural network mean you hear your tinnitus less and less. Habituation is the point at which you no longer notice it at all, with little impact on your quality of life.
