Non functioning

It is impossible for me to express in words how frustrating this app is - both on the iPhone and the iPad. It is completely non functioning. I am at the point where I will unplug the radio and never use it again. Should be considered an embarrassment for Tivoli.

Che delusione

Dopo aver provato ad installare e configurare la Tivoli One da questa App posso dire due cose: primo: questo è stata l’ultima volta che ho acquistato qualcosa da questo produttore. Secondo: la radio anche se pur funzionante si è guadagnata un viaggio di sola andata all’ Eco Centro. Baracca di radio e applicazione.

What a mess!

Totally agree to patientsoundlover. This App is a mess! I have spent hours trying to connect my model One digital. To no avail. Shows up on my network and connects fine but app does not proceed to find speaker. What a disgrace for a company like Tivoli!

useless

since I got this speaker, I dont’t listen to musik anymore. not by choice though. It is pretty much impossible to make this speaker play without spending minutes fiddling with the app first. I find it hard to understand that they can actually sell something like this. too bad!

Impossible to make it work

Impossible to connect it to WiFi, several attempts over the last year. The app only get worst...
This Tivoli one digital is a waist of money if you intend to use it through WiFi as speaker.

What happened to party mode?

I have downloaded this app under the promise of an improvement from the previous one. Difficult to tell exactly what has improved. However, the experience seems indeed less erratic with my devices appearing as they should. This is a very welcome change. Having said that, Party Mode seems to have disappeared, which was one useful feature of the previous version. Please bring Party Mode back. It is annoying to have to do it with the button on the device which is playing the music. Especially since these buttons are not very accessible! Or to customize zones constantly because that part of the app remains difficult to use.

Do not buy any Tivoli devices!

Sound is outstanding-reason of purchase.
Though dealer warned me of connection issues anf flaws, i bought the model one digital.
No chance of getting wifi connection-so half useless! Even my highly experienced dealer has no clue what the matter could be.
Tivoli support ist a big joke!
