„Swiss“borg?

Swissborg ist von den Features her gut soweit, aber streng genommen müsste das Unternehmen aufgrund der Lizenzen Estlandborg/Estoniaborg heissen und nicht „Swiss“borg. Das Unternehmen hat in der Schweiz keine Lizenzen und ist nicht der FINMA unterstellt. Nur der Hauptsitz befindet sich in der Schweiz. Somit könnte man die Vertrauenswürdigkeit des Unternehmens in Frage stellen. Leider gibt es auch keine Non-Custodial-Wallet-Funktion (Alle Kryptowährungen in der App liegen auf Wallets des Unternehmens!). Im Vergleich dazu hat z.B. Bitpanda eine Banklizenz und erscheint somit viel vertauenswürdiger.

App is not bad, but be ready to wait if you staking, cooldown is 11 days instead what is written in app, in app is written 10 days. So for me its not clear.

Eigentlich ganz gut aber etwas fehlt!

Also zuerst das positive:
Es funktioniert alles exzellent. Ich habe keine Probleme mit der App. Die Funktionen decken auch all meine Bedürfnisse (seit Jahren).
Nun zum negativen. Die Funktionen sind zwar vielfältig aber unglaublich versteckt. Man muss einfach wissen, dass man zum Beispiel auf sein Portfolio klicken muss und dann in die Grafik davon und dann (und dann und dann...) nach rechts/links wischen muss, um seinen Totalen Gewinn/Verlust zu sehen. Auch die Kaufoption zu finden gelingt mir jeweils erst beim 2ten oder 3ten mal. Es gibt keine Anhaltspunkte wo Funktionen zu finden sind.
Ich wünsche mir eine Übersichtliche(re) Ansammlung aller Funktionen (allgemeine Übersicht). Im Moment sind viele Funktionen versteckt und nicht intuitiv auffindbar... Es gibt auch keine Visuelle Struktur als Hilfestellung. Man klickt und ist plötzlich in irgend einer anderen interessanten Funktion, die man nicht hinter dem Klick erwartet hätte.
Vielleicht bin ich ja eine Ausnahme und zu doof für die App, aber das ist nun mal mein ehrliches Feedback.

Awful service

I did my transaction around 1 week ago and it is still processing. It says it must be few seconds-5 hours but not 2 weeks!
I am so disappointed and I've never seen such a bad place to do crypto. Nobody reached my and I have no idea what is going on with my money. It went out of my account in Swissborg and didn't reach my second account with Coinbase I need reply from you!!!

Die Verifikation ist nach 24h immer noch nicht abgeschlossen. Also kann ich nicht mal in mein Guthaben investieren. Scheint nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig zu sein. Der Chatbot hilft da übrigens gar nicht. Die App wird also demnächst gelöscht.

Si vous êtes novice dans le domaine, impossible de trouver une meilleure solution! Achat facile, pas besoin de connaissances avancées comme la majorité des plateformes. Il y a encore une marge de progression immense, raison pour laquelle j’ai beaucoup de confiance en cette application qui a survécu à 2 bear market et n’a pas une de scandale majeur comme d’autre grande (ou ex grande) plateforme!

Navrant. Pas sérieux.

Pas fâché mais factuel.
- une entreprise dont le service clientèle ne répond pas à vos questions malgré quelques dizaines de milliers d’euros investis sur leur plate-forme et de nombreux mails
- une plate-forme en matière de crypto qui n’a pas de stops alors même que ce domaine est ultra volatile
- aucune représentation des gains/pertes en pourcentage
- un panel de crypto sous-représenté
- deux immenses bugs lorsque le marché était chaud brûlant (totale impossibilité d’effectuer des transactions en vente ou en achat)
- des questions restées sans réponse sur les frais (notamment certains très inexpliqués et inexplicables pour lesquels eux-mêmes n’avait pas d’explications)
- un service clientèle extrêmement amateur qui tente occasionnellement de vous répondre mais à côté de la plaque la plupart du temps
- des frais de gestion des thématiques exorbitants selon moi (3 % annuels)
Définitivement non. Il m’est incompréhensible de voir autant d’avis positifs. Et je pourrais en rajouter sur les détails…

This app is easy to use, has a good looking and feel, even though sometimes it is hard to find out what has been staked and what are free funds. Good compliance and offering interesting self developed products. The staking rates are compared to other custodial platforms, relatively low, and often even disappointing. Die Handhabung ist sehr intuitiv und motiviert zum traden. Einziger Nachteil empfinde ich, dass die App (noch?) nicht in deutscher Sprache verfügbar ist. Man muss somit englisch oder französisch verstehen. Dies fällt nicht gross auf, da die App sehr intuitiv ist.

Warning! This company is not respecting GDPR!

I have had multiple challenges with this app and when I finally asked for my account to be closed and my PII data deleted, I got told that they cannot do this!!!
Paid high fees for withdrawing fiat money I never converted into Crypto!
Now very happy with Coinbase, Crypto.com and Binance!

Développé en CH...et les 4 langues nationales?

Franchement déçue que l app ne soit pas traduite dans les 4 langues nationales! Ça sert à rien d’être fier de l’avoir développé en Suisse si ses habitants sont obligés de parler anglais pour l’utiliser! Nul.

Ungenügend

Geld kam nicht auf meinem Konto an, Kundendienst meldete sich zu spät mit ungenügenden Antworten und Ignorierte Fragen. Zahlungsangaben habe ich überprüft, hat alles gepasst!Nach ca 14Tagen kam mein Geld zurück aufs Konto - hohe Gebühr. Desweiteren weigert sich die Firma konsequennt meine Daten zu löschen, selber kann man da gar nichts machen! viel spass mit diesem anbieter!!

Terrible Support

Nice user interface, however terrible service. I wired money to the account and never received support. They have an average response time of over 10 hours from personal experience.

Slick, easy and fair fees

Unlike other crypto apps that hide their fees in the exchange rate, these guys make it transparent. Plus you can get zero fees if you go premium (no cost, just stake your balance). The exchange rates are real-time and seem very competitive. Lacks a few alternative cryptocurrencies but the amazing interface and ease of use make it one of the best apps for cryptos.
