Doesn‘t work.
I have this very app both on IPad and IPhone. But for some reason the stream only ever starts when im either on iPhone or my laptop.
Anytime I want to watch it on my iPad it loads and loads and loads and never starts.

...und auf der website die airplay-funktion ausgebaut, keine appletv-app, hmm..
der server scheint oft überlastet, probleme bei der übertragung. beim neu verbinden fällt die sprache raus...
@bruums: auf f1 site unbenutzte nutzer löschen. jedes gerät, das mal angemeldet war gilt als nutzer.

never ending buffering
I have an annual subscription. Your web player works fine, but the app on the iPhone or iPad can not even start. All I see is a turning pirelli tyre in the loading screen, but it‘ll never end loading...
Had the same problem last year and hoped you‘d fix it, since you deactiveted streaming from the web player from mobile devices.

Lacking Features and Reliability
When it works it’s fine, I have no complaints about the bitrate or the quality of the streams. The content is excellent, especially the tech talk segments.
My first complaint is that reliability is bad, this season I’ve had issues with the stream not functioning which is super frustrating. Secondly, it doesn’t support Google Cast, this is incredibly annoying as I’m unable to watch on my TV so am stuck with my PC or phone to watch on. Picture in Picture would be useful, but again it doesn’t have this, so you’re stuck with no way to have it play in the background on your phone.
I hope that over the winter break these issues are addressed as it really feels like a v1 version of the service right now.

Does not work!!
Cannot even Watch anything despite subscribing. Keeps popping up with a message saying I am already subscribed and to subscribe again. This does not even make sense. How could you possibly make an app this bad , where even the most basic functionality is broken.

I subscribed to the TV Pro subscription as soon as it became available , in part because an Apple TB app was promised “ before the end of the year”
Almost a year after the first deadline passed , still no NEWS on if/when the Apple TV app will be come available.
Seriously, I thought with xCode all you had to do with an existing iOS / iPadOS source was to select Apple TV as the target device and hit “Recompile”
When will we finally see the Apple TV app ?!?!?

Switches back to English all the time
Anything pops up: a notification sheet, any divergence, and the audio is reset back to English.

SCAM don’t pay
This App doesn’t work at all, they are not able to make it work an on race days the app goes dead. They won’t give you your money back and the won’t allow you to remove your credit card from the system. STAY AWAY

Terrible product, worse support
Somehow no progress on the product has been made since they launched. Launching the stream is like playing roulette-you Gotto keep trying until it works, no matter what device. No appleTV app, doesn’t launch on Samsung Smart TV internet browsers.
And if you complain, they ignore you. There is no support that you can trust do assist with anything.
It doesn’t even remember your credentials and keep you signed in - really irritating when streaming on tv, as a race is about to start.
Do not put for this until they improve their product. I paid last year, expecting progress. I paid this year, hoping for progress. Unfortunately that was too hopeful.

Painful user experience
Service is super expensive, but still the video player UI is complete crap, and the player itself is way to slow.
Service sometimes interupts mid race.

Can‘t watch replays until race is over
You have to wait until a race is fully finished before being able to watch if from the beginning. AirPlay and Apple TV support should be added too in my opinion. Not competitive with other streaming services for the subscription cost.

I have downloaded this app as I‘m currently residing in a country where it is difficult to find a way to watch F1. So i bought the one for 2.99 and apparenty this is only to be able to watch some training compilations which i‘m not in the mood to pay money for. Apparently to watchthe races live i have to pay more than triple a month. Add to that that their server was not even working properly there is no way i‘m paying that money.

Never works when you need it
First race of the season and the stream won’t start, just errors like half of the races last year. Completely unusable unless you wait for the repeats later in the day and that’s not worth paying $80/year for.

F1 TV Access
I‘ve payed 9.50 CHF for a monthy access to watch the coming GP. Guys buy subscription on the app, not on your apple-ID!!!! It won‘t work and they won‘t help you. Not even apple can help you, beacuse they haven‘t access to their software.
This app just took my money for nothing. Now i hate F1 TV and will never pay again.

Nach einigen Problemen letzte Saison habe ich mich entschieden F1 TV Pro nochmals zu Abonnieren.
Läuft alles gut, bis auf die längeren Ladezeiten und was gar nicht geht: KEINE AUDIOKOMMENTARE IN DER APP. Alle Rennen haben zwar die Option den Kommentar auf Englisch, Deutsch, Spanisch etc einzustellen ABER ES GIBT KEINE KOMMENTARE. Weder Englisch noch Deutsch(was meine Wahl wäre!).

Ich bezahle doch nicht so viel um nur Probleme zu haben mit der App(dem Abo).
Letzte Saison bezahlt aber ständig kam die Meldung: Bitte ein Abo auswählen! Weder der Support noch Apple fühlten sich Verantwortlich. 2 Monate umsonst bezahlt und nun ist das behoben dafür keine Audiokommentare.
Letzte Chance für F1 TV Pro von mir.
Gebe 2 Sterne weil die App läuft, das wars aber auch schon!!
Anmerkung: Auf der Website hat es Audiokommentare, ist in der Bedienung aber ne Katastrophe!!! Schande über euch, ihr schafft es nicht mal ne App hinzukriegen und verlangt dafür noch viel Geld.

Tipp: Testet die App für einen Monat Gratis und storniert 1-2 Tage vor Ablauf des Testmonates das Abo. Ist kein Geld wert, auch wenn F1 TV Pro draufsteht!!!

Disappointing
The app is so inconsistent that you need to be extremely patient if you want to use it.
crashes several times with no reason, each time you press a Button There is a chance the app crashes and you often need to redownload and re log in for a chance to use it.
Highly reccommend not to download especially if you’re nervous because you would end up breaking your phone out of anger.
Still, for extremely passionate fans like me, I use it and like it to rewatch the races from every driver’s perspective. Of course combined with a lot of meditation

Really poor performance
This app allows viewing the F1 races and the ones related to the circus. Considering the price premium one has to pay it should be flow less. It’s not. Very buggy, presents login issues nearly all the time, many other bugs are present that prevent from watching events and using the very basic functions present.
Navigation is poor and so are the available info and functions.
Considering how much telemetry is present and how much data they have, what is present is really insufficient to justify the cost.
Really really bad. Don’t waste your money. It’s junk

It asks the login multiple times, i need to go thru the faq section and then back to home in order to see the race. Sometimes simply not work, for example now in my ipad the sunday of Hungarian gp still wants to show me the german gp, even during the hungarian qualification session. This app is a shame and pricy
