Connexion impossible
Pendant 3 mois, l’application marchait à merveille, puis j’ai fait cette semaine la mise à jour iOS 18.6.2 de mon iPhone, et depuis il est impossible de connecter l’application à mon Xmax. Le Bluetooth est bien connecté, mais l’application MyRide ne connecte pas. Il m’est toujours dit d’associer un véhicule, mais rien ne se passe. C’est assez frustrant, car je ne peux plus gérer ma musique et mes appels depuis le tableau de bord de mon scooter. J’ai déjà tout essayé. J’ai essayé de supprimer l’application de mon iPhone, d’oublier le
Bluetooth du scooter sur mon téléphone, d’oublier mon téléphone dans le Bluetooth du scooter et de tout reconnecter, mais impossible. Rien ne change. J’espère qu’il y aura bientôt une nouvelle mise à jour iOS ou bien une mise à jour de l’application MyRide. Très déçu de cette incompatibilité…

Die App bleibt immer wieder hängen, die Verbindung zu meiner Tenere kann nicht hergestellt werden oder wird immer wieder unterbrochen und das Aufzeichnen von Touren ist reiner Zufall … so nervt diese App mehr als das sie Spass macht! Ist de facto unbrauchbar!

Herzlichen Dank für die rasche Korrektur des Bugs. Nun funktioniert das Aufzeichnen und Speichern einer Route wieder.
Leider sind nach wie vor Benzinverbrauch und Total gefahrene Kilometer nicht via App verfügbar. Schön wäre dies ebenfalls noch zu korrigieren. Vielen Dank.

Great concept, but serious Bluetooth pairing issue
I’m using the app with a Yamaha Tracer 9 GT 2025, and despite multiple attempts, I can’t complete the pairing process. The bike is detected, but when the app asks to “Select an accessory,” the list is empty and the connection fails every time.
I’ve followed all instructions carefully: Bluetooth is on, discovery mode is active, USB is unplugged, app permissions are granted… still no success.
After checking online, it turns out I’m not the only one facing this issue. That’s really unfortunate because the app has great potential once connected.
Please release an update to fix compatibility with newer models. Also, it would help to clarify the difference between MyRide and MyRide – Link, it’s quite confusing.

Ich habe eine MR07 2024.
Laut Bedienungsanleitung muss ich nur der QR Code unter der Soziussitz scanen und das Bike verbindet sich mit dem Handy. In der App hat es keinen QR Codeleser. Für mich unbrauchbar, da ich mein Bike mit dem Handy nicht verbinden kann

I CAN’T USE IT WITH MY IPHONE
I did get the new X-MAX 300 Tech, but since I have it, I could never use the electronics GPS and all of that, cause the app doesn’t work at all. I can’t connect to the app. Perfect, an option you pay but doesn’t work at all, thanks Yamaha. And 0 solutions from Yamaha, still looking with the garage the possibilities…. Never again.

Great except for Login Handling
Love the App. Only thing I don’t like is that I have to log in every time I want to use it. I get logged after a couple of days and there is no „Remember me“ function.

Lost my Ride
Heute die Applikation erstmalig neu installiert. Eine grosse Tour gefahren ( >300km / 9h unterwegs) irgendwann nach 7h und 300km ist die App leider abgestürzt und die ganze Aufzeichnungen ist verloren. Evtl. wäre eine Autosave funktion sinnvoll damit man nicht alles verliert. Akkuverbrauch war normal, hatte nach 7h Tracking immer noch 25%.
Wäre sicher eine tolle App wenn sie nicht abstürzen würde.

Still few minor bugs but great app
Hi Team, very much enjoying the app but I would have some feedback for you and don’t know where to write it too.
The app does work a lot better since the last few updates, yet what still happens is, after finishing a ride and when picking any of the bikes I was riding on, it only counts towards my default motorcycle and even after editing, none of the other bikes are correctly updated with the number of rides. I currently have 4 bikes within my app, but only one is getting updated.
Otherwise I am very pleased and happy to have an App this fun and easy to use.

War mal gut
Ich kann mich mit meinem alten Profil nicht mehr anmelden und mit meinem neuen funktioniert es nich. Es bricht die Touren immer ab. Dies ist sehr ärgerlich wenn man nach 450 km mal schauen will was man geleistet hat aber die App nicht will.

This app looks great and is user friendly but after one ride I can’t access my info again. Neither previous ride or my profile.
Following error message appears:
“Response status code was unacceptable: 503”
A quick fix would be appreciated.
The problem seems to have been a minor one since the App was up and running soon after.. now, Zero Problemo 👍🏻

Es erscheint bloss die Meldung „Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten“
I have created an account and I‘m able to log in on the Yamaha website.
During the log in process in the App I am redirected onto my.yamaha-motor.eu, and after entering my information the Login Screen of the App comes back and the failure message „Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. OK“ appears.
