Pharaohs of Egypt tells the stories of all the known kings of ancient Egypt. It is especially designed to be useful on field trips to a museum or even along the River Nile!
Egyptian artifacts and buildings are full of inscriptions of Kings and their political and religious messages written in hieroglyphs. The kings' names are written inside symbolic circles of rope called cartouches. This App is especially useful for identifying the Pharaoh from the cartouches written on a wall or a statue, or even a papyrus scroll. Use this App in a museum and get a better appreciation for the amazing story of 3,200 years of ancient Egyptian history! Collect as many Kings as you can find and store your finds in photos with the built-in Pharaoh Cam. Compete against your friends to find the most and take the best photos! This App has been tested in Egyptian Pyramids, Temples and tombs and it works Great! Before you leave on your trip to the Valley of the Kings, or even to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, you can cache the web biographies and use the App in those places where there is little to no WiFi or Cell data access. The hieroglyph search allows you to match a few symbols and identify a King even if you can't read hieroglyphs!
