Beschreibung
Die APP wendet sich an Waldbesucher, Waldeigentümer, Gemeinden, Feuerwehr, Medienvertreter aber auch an Forstbetriebe, Waldarbeiter, forstliche Dienstleister sowie an Forst-, Brandschutz-, Rettungsdienst- und Katastrophenschutzbehörden und informiert über
- die aktuelle amtliche Waldbrandgefahrenstufe des
DWD am Tag und am Standort sowie in den
sächsischen Waldbrandvorhersageregionen,
- die Gefahrenstufenprognosen für die Folgetage,
- präventive und besondere Verhaltensregeln bei
Waldbrandgefahr sowie bei hoher und sehr hoher
Waldbrandgefahr (Stufe 4 und 5),
- Anleitungen zum Verhalten im Brandfall und zur Meldung
eines Waldbrandes sowie über
- die Standortkoordinaten und die nächstgelegenen
Rettungspunkte (derzeit Staatswald des Freistaates
Sachsen, des LK Görlitz und des Stadtwaldes Leipzig)
in Sachsen.
Die APP wird durch den Staatsbetrieb Sachsenforst bereitgestellt und in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Deutschen Wetterdienst und der Mitteldeutschen Agentur für Informationsservice GmbH (mais) realisiert.
