They harass you with needless calls before you even place an order and once you do the service does not work as advertised. Too much money went into the app and so-called customer service and too little into the actual pick-up and laundry part. Will delete the app once my current order is returned.
It took 3 times to have a shirt cleaned properly : the first time it came back grey and with stains on, the second time was picked up (apparently for them to check it) and returned with the stain still on and they also charged the re-cleaning!!! The third time (with more than one day of delay on the scheduled drop off) they finally had the decency to have it cleaned seriously.
The customer support is supposed to respond in 1 hours, it took more than once more than a day to respond to a disappointed customer and the agents were giving to each other the responsibility of that.
It should be a time saver service but with all the time wasted and the nervous for their behavior, is more a pain.
