Foscam HD 2 Pro (formerly known as Foscam Surveillance 2 Pro) is the successor of Foscam Surveillance, the best-selling camera app for Foscam. It's the only app you need for controlling your Foscam cameras. Wether you want to protect your business or home, keep an extra eye on you elderly mother or don't want to miss a single second of your new-born baby: this is the app you need.

This app has been updated by Apple to use the latest Apple signing certificate.
- Default streams will now have lower delays and better audio
Please note this only applies to newly added cameras. To use the previous streams you are used to, go to Camera settings / Change Stream / select Standard RTSP or Mobile RTSP
Please leave a rating after each update as it attract new users and allows us to keep the updates free of charge! Bad ratings don't solve problems (our support team does!)

I purchased the Pro version for my iPhone.
Seemed fun and pretty handy at first, until I noticed it would not work other than on my local WIFI network : not over Internet, remotely.
I went ahead and logged in a customer suppot request Oct 5th 2015...
We are Oct 13th - 6 working days later - and still no reply other than the 2 immediate auto-responses, one of which asking to rate the app (!!), another one warning of the probbale length of time to reply - usually 5 working days - and that a next version may include a fix adressing our issue.
Sorry but you may well be a "bunch of computer nerds that tend to spent our time adding features and fixing things instead of communicating with human beings..." as you state but guess what : 24 hours, max 48 is what is expected out there by your customers, even if the issue turns out to be their issue !
