This is an application for studying and consolidating your knowledge of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGs-72). The program is designed in the form of cards grouped according to the COLREGs rules. Your answers are stored in the program and may be reset by the user to their original state whenever necessary.
The knowledge of navigational lights helps correctly assess the position of the vessel, determine the nature of its work and maneuverability at night-time and limited visibility. The application will be useful for navigators and those who are preparing to become navigators.
