i was always very happy with vivax and this remote tool. unfortunatelly since the ios 15.3.1 update came out the app login and disapear in the backgroud of the os. when can we expect a fix for this?

Der Supportlink geht ins Nirwana. Temperaturdifferenz vom Raum zum Fühler kann nicht kompensiert werden, Schade..

If I start the app newly, it works fine and logs in withiut any issues. But if the app is in the background for a while, it does not log in any more and states „wrong password“. So I have to enter the password again.
Andthe font size of mesured room humidity and set operating lebel (high/medium/low) is too small to read it in dark environment.
Besides, everthing works well.

Ich würde die app sehr gerne mehr nutzen , leider muss ich mich jedes mal nach dem öffnen der app wieder neuanmelden und das nervt ein wenig. Ich hoffe das diese problem mal behoben wird.

It shows every time device offline. After restartong the AC it works for 1 or 2 hours then again offline...

Sehr schade, vor ca 2 Wochen funktionierte noch alles einwandfrei.

This IOT is working great but you need to have a proper Wi-Fi setup. If your Wi-Fi is too week then you have the offline problem every 1-2 hours...But beside that working awesome!
